Order Tracking

ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation e-mail from us. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  
 
ORDER SHIPMENT
Once your order is processed, your credit card will be charged and it will be ship within 1-7 business days from the date of your order. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address provided.  

It may take up to 5-10 days for tracking information to be updated as there are often delay on transit between countries until it arrives at the destination country.
